HPR100-GPEM-700G pressing machine is powerful enough to press most of the ferrules in our catalogue.The pressing head is connected with electric hydraulic pump with double circuit which shortens the retreat time of cylinder piston.The rated pressure is 700bar.The maximum pressing force is up to 100 metric tonne.

The pressing head is delivered with quick coupling which is easy for the connection and disconnection to the pump.The operator can ergonomically press ferrules by the remote controller with 3 meters wire.

Operator can monitor the pressure through pressure gauge during pressing and the oil level is visible through sight glass which ensure the safety

The pump and press head is both about 30kgs but still portable. The reservoir adopts integrated moulding production made of  aluminium.This structure seals the oil very well and the heat dissipation is good!
